GIFT CERTIFICATES

Metamorphosis offers numerous spa packages to address the combined needs of face, body and hair. You may choose from one of our pre-designed spa packages, individual services or a dollar amount. Your gift certificate may be purchased at the salon. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid being charged for your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be billed at 50% of the service price. "No Shows" will be charged the full price of the service.

CHILDREN

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the spa / salon lobby or waiting area at any time. Children are NOT permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parents's hair service for the safety of the child, parent and the salon staff.

HAIR COLOR / CHEMICAL SERVICES

Metamorphosis strongly suggests that you wear old clothing when receiving hair color or chemical hair service as not to damage or discolor clothing. We offer smocks to change into if desired. We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage to personal items or clothing of any kind.

WHEN SCHEDULING A SPA PACKAGE

Please call and request spa packages or group appointments at least 2-6 weeks in advance. Please have 3 dates in mind that best suit you and your need. We will coordinate your package and contact you in 3-6 business days. We will then go over the times of your appointments and answer any further questions you might have. We want your day with us to be wonderful!

APPOINTMENTS

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Metamorphosis clients are asked to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to treatment time. This allows ample time to check-in, change into a robe and relax.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Please inform your therapist or esthetician if you are pregnant, have any allergies, recent surgeries or if you have any ailments or medical concerns.
